Is a long-term contract required for service?Absolutely not. Our services are provided as needed to suit your busy lifestyle. There are no long-term contracts or obligations required.

How long have you been cleaning?We been providing professional cleaning services since 2009. (Exact date is Dec. 17th 2009) We started off cleaning Airbnb, Short-Term Rentals and Peerspace. (Residential & Commercial)

Are you insured?Yes. W.R.C. SERVICES is fully insured with 2,000,000 liability insurance and 50,000 bonded to protect your home or company.

What should I expect on my first cleaning appointment?We will arrive at your home, equiped with all the cleaning supplies and equipment needed to thoroughly clean. The first appointment generally takes the longest, as we will need time to get acquainted with a new environment. Subsequent appointments will move along faster.

Will my dog be walked alone or with other dogs?Our walks are individual unless there are other dogs close by and you wish to do group walking rather than the individual.

What is your cancellation policy?We request a two-hour notification prior to your service. (Deposit fee is none refundable) There is no contracts with us, so you are free to stay or leave at anytime.

Are you licensed, insured, and bonded?"W.R.C. SERVICES is license and through our company we provide pet care service. We are Insured and Bonded to protect the health of your pet services and the safety and security of your pet.

Are your walkers background checked?Yes. Applicants are screened for any criminal record or crimes against people or property. Once hired, walkers are continuously monitored by our background check services company.

What is the minimum amount of snow your service will remove?If you need us, call us. We'll remove the snow you request. However, with a W.R.C. Snow Removal seasonal contract, you are guaranteed at least one service after 3 inches or more of snowfall, every 24 hours.

Do you shovel stairs, decks, hot tubs, patios and cars?"To answer your question...Yes. We also shovel driveways, walkways, and sidewalks.

Can we call you when we need snow removal instead of buying a seasonal contract?Yes you can, but consider the benefits of a seasonal contract. Your driveway would be clear for emergency and service vehicles in the event of a fire or a flood from frozen pipes. Snow will be removed before it has time to build an ice layer on the surface.

When are the start and end dates of seasonal contracts?Seasonal contracts starts October 1st and end April 30th.You can request a seasonal contract form and we'll send it to you via e-mail or postal.

When do I need to sign up for seasonal service?You can sign up any time for a seasonal contract. Although, sign up by September 30th and you will receive $50 off your seasonal contract price.
